At Hyperphanta, we provide the fashion to armor your aura. Because our pieces are crafted for excellence, we stand behind their quality. If your selection does not align with your frequency, we are here to facilitate a resolution.
The 30-Day Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Beyond this window, the item is considered a permanent part of your collection.
Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your armor must be in the original condition received: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, scent, or damage will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Damages & Inconsistencies Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or the incorrect "Vision" was sent, contact us at darius@hyperphanta.com so we can rectify the error immediately.
Exchanges The most efficient way to secure a different size or design is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order simultaneously. Our limited drops move fast; this ensures you don't miss your preferred piece.
Exclusions We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All "Final Sale" designations are binding.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
